An additional bedroom with queen size bed has plenty of storage, as well as a antique phone booth and desk for those Zoom calls. The upstairs den is perfect for the kids as it has a daybed that could sleep an additional two children, its own TV as well as another desk and working area. All the bedrooms include premium sheets, unique art, and easy-to-reach lighting.

The home features all new high end appliances including beautiful Bosch stainless refrigerator, Bertazonni induction electric stove for fast cooking, dishwasher, microwave. An automatic coffee maker is included as well. Quartz countertops and dining room table that seats 6-8 people makes this a perfect place for families and gatherings.

The washer and dryer area includes detergent, extra bath and beach towels, and sheets.

The property has parking for two, possibly three cars in front of the garage and on the gravel in front of the house. Unfortunately there is no additional street parking.

Seattle Tacoma Airport is approx. 90 minutes if you go around through Tacoma or approx. 1hr 15 minutes on average if you choose to take the Ferry. We encourage those coming from the airport to go around. From Seattle its just a quick 35 minute ferry and a 15 minute drive from the ferry terminal.
